Full-body eight-channel panel with touch screen, app and remote control.
A red light panel you stand or sit in front of. Sizes run from a compact 300 to a full-height 6000; choose the coverage that fits your routine.
Set the panel at the right height, stand or sit at the distance listed on the product page, and run a session of around ten minutes. Larger sizes cover more of you at once.

From the box to your first session.

Place it
Hang it on a door, fix it to a wall or set it on a stand so the light points straight at the area you want.

Find your distance
Sit or stand at the working distance listed for your size. Closer means a stronger dose in less time; further away covers more of you.
- 03
Run the session
About 10 minutes on one area, eyewear on, then move the panel or turn to the next area.
- 04
Repeat
Three to five short sessions a week does more than one long one. Keep the same distance each time.
