Returns & warranty
Statutory EU rights in full, plus a longer return window and a manufacturer warranty on every device — 3 years for panels, 1 year for face masks.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for devices that are unused and returned in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and the device you want to return.
- We reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Return shipping for a faulty or incorrectly supplied device is paid by us.
Warranty
- Panels and desk devices: 3-year manufacturer warranty
- Portable devices: 3-year manufacturer warranty
- Face masks: 1-year manufacturer warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, LED failure beyond normal degradation, and driver or control faults. It does not cover physical damage, water ingress outside a device's rating, or use with an incorrect power supply.
Claims
Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, a short video. Most claims are resolved without returning the device.
